Photo Post: The Frenchie, London

Whilst gathering inspiration at the Real Food Festival's street food market by London's Southbank Centre we were lucky enough to satisfy our recent craving for the awesome French-inspired duck confit buns by The Frenchie. The charming food cart pops up around the capital to cook up French classics with a London twist. Currently drawing huge queues at markets at Whitecross Street, Real Food, Camden Lock and Brick Lane, The Frenchie's signature duck confit brioche bun is well worth hopping on the train for. Until the next fix, we've got some snaps from the Real Food market to feast your eyes on.

Duck confit, crispy skin scratchings, homemade red onion chutney, melted cheese, mustard, rocket, brioche bun

The Frenchie cheese selection: smoked cheddar, Fourme d'Ambert blue or goat cheese. With truffle honey.

The finished duck confit brioche - a taste of French heaven!

Visit the Real Food market behind the Royal Festival Hall at London's Southbank every Friday to Sunday. Check the website for times and details, and follow The Frenchie UK on Twitter for location and menu info!

Enjoy! :-)
